Toti XO - THE FIRST CASK - is an extremely limited batch of just 464 bottles

We will only ever produce our wine using classic fermentation techniques as opposed to the increasingly common method of artificial carbonation

Our XO blend is balanced from selected  Caribbean Rums (from Guyana & Barbados) that have spent between 8 and 15 years maturing in American oak barrels

Refilling a bottle from an ecopouch also produces over 1kg less CO2 than buying a new bottle

The Boxer difference is most apparent on the nose and on the finish

The very light bottle (500grs) is British made from 51% recycling glass, with a cork made from granules (a by product of the manufacture of wine bottle natural corks) sourced from sustainable Portuguese forests
